Taste of Norcross

I’m always impressed with Taste Of Norcross. Held every year at Norcross High, participants have the chance to sample the best from many area restaurants. I was most impressed with Lon U and I always love sampling something new to me like Barnacles. In all my years in Metro ATL, I never went into Barnacles-a Hooters knock off. They had some good samples as well as Mambo Italiano, Ted’s Montana Grill + our old neighborhood standby, Los Arcos. I also like the other Mexican joint around the corner from “Los,” Vallarta, which I think, has a great lunch special and margaritas. Our friends at Atlanta Bread Company made their annual pilgrimage, but I’m always disappointed that Pickles never shows up with their awesome burgers. The event benefits the boosters and ultimately, this great community.
